Frank Tiano Jr.
Vice President of Phoebe Pharmacy
Frank Tiano Jr. serves as the Vice President of Phoebe Pharmacy. In this role, Tiano oversees the operation and supervision of three pharmacies located in Lehigh, Lancaster, and Montgomery Counties. He is responsible for the budget and revenue cycle for all aspects of the pharmaceutical supply chain. Tiano has over 25 years of experience in pharmacy operations leadership with extensive knowledge in mail order, supply chain management, retail, long-term care, and specialty pharmacy industries. Before coming to Phoebe Pharmacy, Tiano was the Director of Operations for New Castle RX, LLC in New Castle, Delaware. Before that, he served as the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations for Wedgewood Pharmacy in Swedesboro, New Jersey, the Director of Pharmacy Operations for DS Pharmacy, Inc. in Swedesboro, and the Pharmacy District Manager for Rite Aid Pharmacy in Delaware, Philadelphia, and the surrounding suburbs. A North Wales, Pennsylvania resident, Tiano has a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, now part of Saint Joseph’s University.
Shane Lawrence
Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services
Shane Lawrence, PharmD is Director of Clinical Pharmacy Services for Phoebe Pharmacy. In this role, Lawrence is responsible for the monitoring and regulatory compliance of medication use in nursing facilities serviced by Phoebe Pharmacy. Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia and a Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from Creighton University. In addition to his advanced degree, he is also a Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (BCGP). He joined Phoebe Pharmacy in 1999 as a consultant pharmacist and was promoted to Director of Clinical Pharmacy in 2003. Prior to Phoebe, he served as staff/clinical pharmacist at The Reading Hospital and Medical Center. Lawrence resides in Blandon.
Pamela Getz
Director of the Lancaster Pharmacy
Pamela Getz is Director of our Lancaster Pharmacy located in East Petersburg, PA. In this position, Getz is responsible for the overall functioning of the pharmacy operations and new account roll-outs. Getz began her career at Phoebe as a staff pharmacist and most recently served as Pharmacy Operations Manager. She graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and is a resident of Blandon.
Erin Umstead
Manager, Central Business Office
Erin Umstead is the Manager of our central business office located in the Allentown Pharmacy corporate headquarters. In this position, she assures accuracy and customer service in all pharmacy billing and cash posting transactions. Prior to joining the Phoebe Pharmacy team, Umstead was a billing manager for Omnicare. She graduated from Moravian College and resides in Nazareth.
Etai Weinstein
Sales Account Manager
Etai Weinstein is the Sales Account Manager. In this role, he oversees all community sales, relationships, provides customer service, and generates revenue for Phoebe Pharmacy. Etai has an extensive background in the health care industry, marketing, and sales. Prior to joining the Phoebe Pharmacy Team, he served as an Account Executive at Inverness Medical, where he was responsible for marketing medical devices used in cancer diagnosis. Etai was also an account sales manager at VNA of Greater Philadelphia, a home health and hospice provider, and worked as a Marketing and Sales Manager at Immediate Home Health & Hospice.
