Phoebe Pharmacy is now offering Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) boosters for eligible employees and residents of long term care communities. Both the Moderna and Janssen booster doses have now been authorized by the FDA along with Pfizer, and are safe to use.
Mixing brands of the vaccine is acceptable. Eligible individuals may choose to get any type of booster regardless of the original vaccine they received, including the two-dose (Pfizer and Moderna) or one-dose (Janssen) vaccine.
