Phoebe is excited to announce the recent appointment of Frank Tiano Jr. to the position of Executive Director of the Phoebe Pharmacy.
In this role, Tiano oversees the operation and supervision of three pharmacies located in Lehigh, Lancaster, and Montgomery Counties. He is responsible for the budget and revenue cycle for all aspects of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
The Phoebe Pharmacy operates seven days a week, 24 hours a day—providing dispensing and clinical services to over 3000 individuals and filling hundreds of prescriptions daily.
The clients served include Phoebe employees, Phoebe residents in independent living, assisted living, and skilled nursing, and more than 30 long-term care communities in our geographic region.
Tiano has over 25 years of experience in pharmacy operations leadership with extensive knowledge in mail order, supply chain management, retail, long-term care, and specialty pharmacy industries. Before coming to Phoebe Pharmacy, Tiano was the Director of Operations for New Castle RX, LLC in New Castle, Delaware. Before that, he served as the Vice President of Pharmacy Operations for Wedgewood Pharmacy in Swedesboro, New Jersey, the Director of Pharmacy Operations for DS Pharmacy, Inc. in Swedesboro, and the Pharmacy District Manager for Rite Aid Pharmacy in Delaware, Philadelphia, and the surrounding suburbs.
A North Wales, Pennsylvania resident, Tiano has a Bachelor of Science Pharmacy from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, now part of Saint Joseph’s University.
